MORE ABOUT JOURDAIN

I am a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping others reach their nutrition goals, love their bodies, and have a great relationship with food. I have a virtual private practice where I see clients located across Kansas and Missouri.

I completed my undergraduate degree at Northwest Missouri State University in Food and Nutrition: Dietetics in 2018. I went on to complete my dietetic internship and a graduate degree at The University of Kansas Medical Center in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2020. I then sat for the RD exam in September 2020.

After passing the RD exam I went on to get married the following week, and then spent 9 months growing my best friend. Now that I have a daughter of my own, my passion for body image and disordered eating work has only grown, as well as an interest in prenatal and postpartum nutrition.

I currently live in Lenexa, Kansas with my husband, daughter, and dog. We love to spend time trying new foods, getting outdoors, and laughing.
